Completed in 2025, the Sainsbury’s store extends over 25,000sqft. Externally a Pay@Pump petrol station, a 249-space car park, including 15 disabled spaces, and a Smart Charge hub with 4 ultra-rapid, fully accessible EV charging bays.

The design consists of a restrained palette of materials that reflect the local context as well as improving the thermal efficiency of the building and maximising natural daylight within the store.
