Located around Sheffield’s historic Canal Basin, we were the architects and engineers for developer Wilson Bowden on four office schemes; South Quay, Furnival Court, Navigation Hill and Parkway Edge.

The total development programme produced 14,000m² of commercial office space. The South Quay scheme is the regional headquarters for the international corporate law firm, Nabarro, and comprises 3,700m² of high quality waterfront office space.

The design reflects the details of the surrounding historic warehouse buildings including the adjacent terminal and grain building for which we also designed the conversion into residential apartments.
