Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson served as the implementation architects for Kelaty House, a dynamic mixed-use development in Wembley, London. This innovative project, completed in 2023, blends student accommodation and aparthotels into a vibrant urban environment.
Our team, collaborated with TROY to deliver a high-quality and sustainable residential facility.
The mixed-use development located in Wembley Park, near Wembley Stadium. It consists of five buildings ranging from four to thirteen stories tall.
The development offers a variety of housing options, including nearly 700 student units and over 300 apartment-hotel units.
The internal courtyard features a unique design with tree-inspired motifs on the facades and a charming tree house for socializing.
The exterior of the buildings is clad in dark grey terracotta tiles with a variety of finishes to create visual interest. The interior courtyard walls are made of aluminum panels with a bold graphic design
