With a total development cost of £190m the mixed-use development for Unite Students, comprises of 920 student bedrooms, in a mix of cluster bedrooms and studios, with associated amenity, 4-storeys of commercial office space, and a public exhibition /performance space.

Open to students Autumn 2022, the site has historical roots dating back to the 16th century, when it was home to a former Shakespearean-era playhouse. Close collaboration with Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) to preserve archaeological remains on site - which are of significant historical interest.

Close to the heart of London, neighbouring the City and Shoreditch the site is perfectly located for Students attending any of the nearby university campuses. Hayloft Point incorporates a new community space occupied by Streets of Growth, a Tower Hamlets community-based organisation
