Originally completed in 2016, Olympic Way near Wembley, has undergone an extensive refurbishment of its student amenity zones. Focused on enhancing functionality and usability, a modern and fresh palette of colours and textures has been applied throughout the scheme.
Accommodating 707 student bedrooms within a single 19 storey tower, with open rooftop terraces facing Olympic Way, with east and west aspects accessed directly from the common high level rooms.
Comprising cluster flats of between seven and ten bedrooms with communal kitchen / lounge and 78 studio apartments overlooking Wembley Stadium to the south with wide ranging views across London, whilst communal student areas and flexible commercial units complete this prominently positioned development.
On the ground floor, the reception features an inviting scheme of soft pastels. A new "welcome bar" check-in system serves as a friendly focal point, anchored by bespoke feature lighting. The floor plan now includes tucked-away "nook" seating for quiet study, while a vibrant painted mural transforms the stairs and lifts into a central design feature.
The first floor has been reimagined as a versatile open-plan hub with dedicated zones for private learning, group collaboration, and relaxation, alongside upgraded gym and karaoke facilities.
Externally, the second-floor terraces have been revitalized with new seating and an enhanced planting scheme.
On the 17th floor, the double-height breakout spaces now feature timber-slatted walls and soft social seating, specifically oriented to maximize panoramic views of Wembley Stadium.
