Kyle Park House in Glasgow has seen a targeted refurbishment to elevate both the aesthetic and functionality of its reception and social hubs.
Despite a compact footprint, the amenity area has been carefully reconfigured to provide distinct zones for independent study and group gatherings.
A large, curved timber wall acts as the primary focal point, doubling as a secluded meeting space. Opposite the entrance, a bespoke Crittall mirror has been installed to elongate the room and play with light reflections across the floor.
To meet modern student needs, the parcel room capacity has been significantly increased, and the existing meeting rooms have been modernized.
The staff areas have been redecorated with integrated security improvements.
