Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson are honoured to have been associated with UNITE for so many years having provided design assistance on many of UNITE’s most prominent and prestigious projects.

Angel Lane situated to the east of Westfield Stratford City, north of the Stratford centre and with University Square to the east has been an exciting project in the heart of the greater Olympic legacy development site in Stratford, East London, accommodating 759 student bedrooms within a three-sided, south-facing open courtyard building rising from 8 to 14 storeys above ground level.

The completed project comprises cluster flats between 7 & 10 bedrooms incorporating communal kitchen / lounge together with 60 studio apartments. The residences overlook a central spherical garden at ground level with floral garden terrace at first floor, providing a relaxing backdrop in this world renowned Olympic setting.
