Senior Associate
John Atkinson joined Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson in 1987 and became a Senior Associate in 2006. He has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including; education, leisure, offices, retail, retail and industrial developments; but has been especially involved in the continuous redevelopment of Sheffield’s waterfront for the past fifteen years as team leader for Wilson Bowden’s Victoria Quays and Riverside Exchange Developments, responsible for over 500,000 sq.ft of office space for high profile occupiers; Home Office, Irwin Mitchell, Nabarro, Halifax and Par Excel.
Within this period he was also in charge of the refurbishment of two Grade 2 Listed Leisure Centre Buildings for the City of Westminster – Porchester and Seymour, and leader of a multidisciplinary team for Cinnamon Business Park in Warrington.
He has recently completed another waterfront residential project in Huddersfield.
