Wide experience since 1966 in structural engineering. Projects have involved working for industrialists, developers, civil engineering & building contractors, nationalised industries, insurance companies, banks, health authorities and other architectural practices. 

Jeff has a special intrest in the standardisation of office practices, engineering details and specifications; Design and Build.

His extensive experience includes:

• New offices for the Abbey National, Sheffield.
• The Universities of Leeds and Sheffield: office/teaching space and various student accommodation.
• Sheffield Hallam University: seven storey lecture theatre and executive offices.
• Trent Health Authority and Northern General Hospital: New ward blocks, New Hospice, Immunology block, Centralised Catering Facility and Computer Block.
• Litton Properties: Esporta Leisure development.
• Wilson Bowden: Various office/retail/industrial.
• SCC: Insitu and pre-cast concrete structures/elements for various sports stadia and multi-storey car parks.
• Sainsbury’s: Several extension and refurbishments.
• Boots: Alterations on stores throughout the UK.
• M J Gleeson: Various housing developments.
