Director
David Peel has specific expertise in the design management and implementation of prestige retail and commercial projects, principally for Clients such as Sainsburys, Boots and Unite.
He has experience of traditional contracting, construction management and design and build methods of procurement. Prior to joining Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson he spent a number of years in local government; in particular leading a team working on major residential projects for Sheffield City Council.
His management skills were recognised immediately when he joined the Practice in 1989 and he was promoted to Associate in 1993 and Partner in 1996.
David has responsibility for recruitment, leadership of our specialist IT team and Resource Management, to ensure that we have the right people, at the right time, to fully develop every project opportunity to its full potential.
